hmm... lets see... in the last few months 3Com has released 3 new dsp code rev's. That means that stuff is leaving before tested and that your customers are getting poor service. My Jan stats showed a 27% drop rate in the first 3 minutes. The 2.0.51 fix seems to work now.. down to about 20% drop in the first 3 minutes. Paul, do you believe this dropped call problem is DSP problem? We seen and heard from customers these complaints for sometime. We have never been able to pin this on anything. I would hate to think that the modems are simply dropping calls. I always blamed this on the telco. Does anyone else see this as a bad problem. It thought we were the only ones. Is this an industy standard for dialup?
