[USR-TC] Clearing The Password of a DSP Card

Hello, Does anyone out there know how to clear the console password for a HiPer DSP card? According to the documentation, there should be a block of dip switches on the front card, but none of my cards seem to have them. I need to change the switch type from 5ESS to DMS100, and the Total Control software is throwing "generic error", so I need to make the change via the console port.
