Hi All: I did the following two things: (1) updated raddb/user and added a value of 1515 for the MTU (2) Added a local DNS server on one of the server and the problem seem to go away. I have done a tracert and the response time is about 38ms instead of 140ms for each hop. I will know by tomattor if it is still working. Thanks for everyone's help. I'm not quite sure where the setting is for free radius Kirit. I'm sure you could do a google search and get that fairly quickly. If you know where your free radius config is try grepping for 'mtu' and see what you find.
I know if you do a monitor radius on the hiperarc you can see the "framed-mtu" that it's using. I'm pretty sure you'll find a value other than 1500 for those that are causing you troubles.
Many people have had this issue at one time or another.

Once you get the mtu setting changed in your free radius config if you're still having issues let me know.
Todd /etc/raddb/users is where you would normally find it. Probably in a DEFAULT section if it seems to happen to everyone.
