[USR-TC] Software download question

I have been looking for 30 minutes this morning and still cant figure out where to find software downloads for the Total Control series. I've searched 3com to no avail - I think the old link was totalservice.usr.com and that doesnt work either. I know I am way out of the loop but could someone point me in the right direction?
