Hi!  I’m not trying to sell you anything here, and repair service is not my focus but thought this would be important to the Group:

 

While recently supporting and recertifying several new TC 1000 customers for service agreements, we have found some unknown third party TC1000 refurbishments that have compromised the integrity of the TC 1000 design and may cause security breaches in processing applications.

 

Even to the extent of hacked Bios code and additional  wires with unknown/indeterminable purpose.

 

As you buy and resell decommissioned equipment,  may we strongly recommend you or your customers utilize our certified factory repair service to avoid any problems or possible security breach issues before putting these back in service.
