Yes...change it to 23 ports. Also...don't forget the switch type under the dsp config. You must have the correct switch type when terminating PRI.

Hey guys, anyone have a minute to help a guy into the 20th century?
We are converting our service form Channelized T1 to PRI.
I know on the T1 setting on the DSP we need to:
Set the type from robbed bit to message oriented. Check the difference in dtmf or mf the number of digits
My question is on the dsp and the chassis. I have the cards set statically and I have set the type as HDM_24 and the port density set to 24, should I change this to 23?
