I may be confused, but I was under the impression that NI-2/5ESS/DMS100 were all mutually exclusive.
Can you show us a column copy with your trunk settings? Did you check HDSP MoH settings to verify nothing got reset?

Subject: [USR-TC] NI-2/5ESS with V.92

I have a V.92 enabled 3com total control hub with 4 active DSP cards. Our WAN service provider is Telus who provide us with a NI-2 service and switch type 5ESS.

Here’s the problem:

When dialup users are online and have internet call notification software running, they don’t get notified that an incoming call is coming through. This wasn’t a problem with our previous service provider (Bell) who offered us a NI-1/DMS-100 service.

Thank you,

Paul.
