I had a similiar problem with PSU/PSA's going offline (not PRI's) and an AVR UPS cleaned up the problem. If you only have 1 PSU/PSA then yes, power could be a problem as, well, your single source of power has failed. Typically, whenever a PSU/PSA drops off, it will stay off until power cycled (at least mine did). Previously I had posted a problem with our Verizon PRI dropping randomly (sometimes up for days, somtimes only for hours). I tried different dual PRI cards and still saw problems but Verizon claimed the line tested fine. Monday, I ran to WRCA and picked up and HiperDSP and HiperARC and replaced the Dual PRI and Netserver. Everything seemed to run great until the line dropped again today.
