Hi Mike, It sounds like the card is configured to be used for PRI instead of straight T1. PRI's use 23 channels for phone lines, and then one channel for extra data. Also, if you had the card down for a while, your telco probably automatically set the line to loopback, and you'll have to call them up and get them to put it back in service. Any help would be appreciated with this problem. I have a USR TCM box with 5 24 modem dsp cards installed. One started malfunctioning so I purchased a "new" card and put it in. It goes through the boot sequence and I have a green RN/FL and a green CAR light and a red LPBK light. The card shows as being UP and modems are UP but there are only 23 modems listed in a list interfaces results.
