[USR-TC] Further to my duplicate user problem.

If I set my PPP loglevel to unusual and show events, when the user attempts to login, I get the following: At 13:52:53, Facility "PPP", Level "UNUSUAL":: [psm_open]: Endpt mismatch, Releasing link (21797992)!!
