Thx for your reply. Actually the ip pool i m using is already an existing pool used by the previous terminal server which is a custom server made by NT. Now i m going to switch my system to brand terminal server as USR-TC. My router knows about the full block and i gave the router as default gateway in the netserver card.
Any other things may i try? ..... Pls.
