[USR-TC] DSP: bug or ... ?

Hello, I am setting traps on incoming call, incoming call termination and failure (template 1), then I save Chassis to NMC NVRAM, then refreshing template 1 channels (template 1 channels are mapped to dsp), then save template 1 channels to nvram (dsp's), and saving dsp's modem settings to dsp's nvram. After that my ARC is unable to accept dialers: list conn - shows just this "slot:X/mod:Y DIALIN INVALID 00- -0000 00:00:00" and after some seconds this user is dropped. What is this? What can cause this? Do anybody have the same problem?
