We suspect that its the Telco, but they claim "nothings changed". PRI's are not erroring either. We've tried everything looking for some input.

Had some similar behaviour a while ago, but it wasn't the telco. Had to boot a few of the DSPs to clear it up. But the problem was first seen in the arc logs... DSPs had probably been up for about a year and a half at the time. Charles
