I believe you won't have to do anything different. By the telco changing to Round Robin, calls are going to be routed in that fashion by the telco before ever hitting your 3com gear. Therefore they will hit different ds0's because the telco is routing them like that before your gear gets involved. You shouldn't have any issues unless of course the telco messes your huntgroup up in the process of changing it. If you start getting busies signals or anything abnormal after the change....chances are they screwed up the huntgroup during the change which is quite common in my experience. Our telco is offering to switch to Round Robin for us. Do we need to change the settings on our Total Controls to Round Robin as well for this to work, or does this only affect things at card level? Any experiences with letting the Total Controls use First Available, and letting the telco Round Robin?

So, they go from ch 1 -> 23/24 -> span2 -> 1 -> 23/24, etc?
