[USR-TC] problem with nmc startup

i have resetet the password on the nmc, after this i have changed the ips and plug off the card an put it in again, until this all was fine. later i testet the reset under the menu, now the card comes not up again, the card is rebooting every time up and down, up and down. the first led's are green, then the card goes down all led's are red. what can i do to fix it thx kay sticha
