Turns out the software on one of the machines (TCM) was flaky and worked out on another machine. I got in and made the changes. Thanks all for helping out. On a side note, I switched to icradius and have been getting a ton of unauthenticated users (like in spurs of 10-20)... do you know if there is any issues with the HiperArc and icradius?
