[USR-TC] how to config telnet authentication from tacas+

Hi all, We have TC1000 , HiperArc V4.2.32 , Our dialup access customers are authentication and accounting through RADIUS. We also have seperate tacas+ server , we are using it for telnet user's accounting and authentication of all my cisco routers and switches.....etc. I am doing telnet on HiperArc,, I want telnet user's authentication and accounting through tacas+ server. Is TC support tacas+ for telnet ?? If yes than please send me sample config or links for docs to configure it. Thanks pankaj
