What kind of routing are you doing on that box? What routing protocol are you using? Todd ----- Original Message ----- From: <pferraro@wna-linknet.com> To: <usr-tc@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Wednesday, January 15, 2003 10:47 AM Subject: [USR-TC] Routing a Subnet (.248)
Have an ISDN customer that wants 6 IPs in a subnet for his end. We are
using
TC hubs and we have assigned a static IP of xxx.xxx.88.193 with a Framed-IP- Netmask of 255.255.255.248 (/29) They make the connection and get the static IP assigned, but we can not Ping the IP.
I would like to know if there is some "Magic" we need to do on the TC HUBs to allow all of this to work. We have other clients that use the SINGLE static IP to manage clients behind there netowrk.
Any guidance appreciated
Phillip
