[USR-TC] NMC Help

I have a TC that I am having trouble with. Here is the issue. I had an NMC card that went down so I took it out and put it back in worked fine for about a week. So I bought a new Hiper NMC and installed it worked great for about 10 days and went down. I took it out and popped it back in and it came back up, no configuration lost at all. Chances of two NMC doing the same thing are slim. Does anyone have any other suggestions that I may try to figure this out.
