[USR-TC] Hiper Access Card keeps re

I have a Total Control with 7 Hiper DSP cards with E1 lines and 8 Quad V.34/ANALOG cards with analog lines. We had a power failure for about 30 Minutes because the back generator failed to start. After power came back everything seems fine till the following day. The Hiper Access Router Card is now resetting itself after different intervals. Sometimes it can go for 5 minutes or even 30 minutes the just resets itself and drops all the current connections. I have tried removing the DSP Cards one by one but still no joy. I have tried switching off the whole system for a while but still no luck. Now I am trying to get into the Hiper Access card through console but I can't get in. Please help what can I do Greg
