[USR-TC] Problem with Hiper DSP Card

Hi: I have a Hiper DSP Card with the run/fl light blinking, the card's flash gives a CRC error. (i see this whem using the console port). I have other's card working fine but i don't know how i can download the flash from these other cards., i tried with the Total control manager but i can flash the card only if i have the flash file beforehand.
