I had the same problem over here. Verizon screwed up the FOC order and I had to change all my settings. Go thru and change wink, loop start, ground start, attenuation jitter, ect.. until you find the right combonation

Hi,

i had recently bought the E1/Pri line from telecom, but after its hooked up to the total control ras Hiperdsp modem i get Carrier as green but Alarm is still glowing red.

can someone help me what this indication mean and any configuration changes are needed in the ras box.
