[USR-TC] user connection speeds

Im using a 3com TC with netserver and quad digital modems.

From my desktop I am lucky if I can get 26k, but if I were to connect to another isp

They use TC 1000 ( 4 t1 per card I believe ) I get 48-52k Is there an init string I can set in my rack to help or am I "sol"??
