First sorry for lack of a subject.

As for the "unsolicited Messages" When a modem dials into the TC1000 and connects there are packets being sent back to it... I am thinking they are like the "smb" pakects but I am not sure...  I have the TC1000 setup to route the call via a socket connection to a linux server.  the socket is working but there is extra data being sent.

I used the following to setup the connection from the TC1000 to the server

set modem_group slot:4 type login login_service cleartcp host_type specified host_address 0.0.0.0 tcp_port 0000 message " "

with a port and proper ip
