Anyway i have a perl script checkrad.pl with cistron radius to protect multiple login but it says that it uses telnet for checking connected sessions for netserver. So, that may not help me as u told. But however, anybody has successfully done the job please let me know.

Not with a net server but I do it with a hiperArc. If you download ICRadius
there is a script in there that does a check for double logins. Again, it is
based on (if I remember correctly) a default setting of 256 modem density
(offset) that may not be correct for you. It might give you enough to start
on though.
