I find it funny that people want to switch to Cisco because they will not support v92 on the Quad modems, yet Cisco is doing the same thing to their customers by not supporting the AS5200 and AS5xxx with MICA modems. Of course, they can't do an easy software upgrade, but who knows that the future holds. Will everyone switch back to 3COM/Commworks when Cisco doesn't support the AS5300 on the next upgrade? There has to be someplace to draw the line. Personally, I'd rather see 3COM put their R&D effort into the HiperDSP and QuadDSP. And yes, I still have Quad modems in my network...
