Sometimes this will happen if your DSPs go bad and sometimes it will autodisable certain trunks if the Cat5 or T1 has span problems. Verify through TCM that your channels are not going LOOS (Local Out of Service). If they are going 'Remote out of service' it could be the Cat5 or incorrect switch type. LOOS problems are a little more difficult to counter. Check for errors on the T and verify the Cat5. You can also find solutions in the knowledgebase. http://support.utstar.com/ -----Original Message----- From: usr-tc-bounces+adam=semo.net@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:usr-tc-bounces+adam=semo.net@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Terry Rimmer Sent: Wednesday, February 16, 2005 8:44 AM To: Discussion relating to the 3Com/US Robotics Total Control modemsystems. This just started all of a sudden with no changes on the Chassis, or the configuration of any of the cards. We have a single DSP, Single HiperARC Can anyone give me a clue of what to search for on this?
