[USR-TC] Internet on Hold question

I have a question for the group. Do I need to do anything on my side to get internet on hold to work ? My customers have v 92 modems and I have v.92 code on my dsp however when they connect to the internet and they get a call nothing happens. The phones never ring and the person calling tells them it just rings. Any ideas ?
