[USR-TC] Telnet failing on ARCs

I suddenly cannot telnet into my ARCs; the connection just drops. Luckily, I have a backdoor into the console port and watched the telnet fail. This is the error message I get: arc2> At 15:00:10, Facility "Telnet", Level "CRITICAL":: CLI process could not be spawned. (ES_PROC_FAILURE) (proc_status : ES_NO_DYNMEM) Anyone have a clue?
