I think this is the purpose of complaining to this list - we all know we have been beat down for years with their contracts, licensing and now here are the fixes for code we offered you ... and by the way, you need to invest in CEM (at unreasonable cost and without warning) to make your customers happy and put on code that actually works. That's somewhat underhanded and with the last few years of issues this might just be the straw that will break us. As a group we know we have more say so than our individual size would allow - and we may take advantage of it. I am pretty sure 3com/USR/Commworks will take notice before too long and see that a misstep was made and correct it. This is almost a clear case of a tying arrangement and the law hasn't been too friendly on those ever. We have rights too you know.
