[USR-TC] is 10 cards to much for one hiper dsp and non hiper nmc?

i am trying to consolidate some older chassis' that have the low density modems. i want to put 10 hiper dsp cards into a chassis that has 1 hiper arc card (i don't think it has 128) it is still running 4.22 software and a non hiper nmc with two 70 amp power supplies. i have a spare hiper arc that i could install if need be. would i see a big increase in speed if i went to a hiper nmc or a hiper arc with 128? can someone please point me in the direction of a newer tcm than 3.5 and a newer modem and hiper dsp code??? matthew
