yes, I see use's phone numbers with e1 lines but there is no phone number with analog lines in same chassis.
Do you know an accounting server which support Caller ID and Call-back for using total control 1000?

I’m not really sure about that one Shahrooz.  My gut instinct would be to say they don’t.  Via the arc or netserver look for dnis commands.  I believe on an arc it’s list dnis_connections.
