Hi all, I was monitoring errors on the Dual PRI NAC console and got this message when it disconnected all the users. What does this indicate? It has been stable and working fine for the last year or so. However, a few days back, it began disconnecting users. Basically what happens is that the calls are received and terminated awithout any problem for abtout 10 minutes then all calls are terminated suddenly. Subsequently, any incoming calls are picked up without any problems for the next 10 minutes before they are all dropped again. I have tried using a new Dual PRI card with no improvement. I also had the Telco switch my physical interface connection. Any ideas out there? Has anyone evry encountered this before? Specs, 1 Hiper ARC with 14 Quad Modems cards.
