Problem with old interfaces (Quad Digital V.34 Modem)

Hello. I have a strange problem with old interfaces (sl 2 to 8). Call Logs

Hello all, What is the best way to get a log of calls. I am using the the TCM but would like to get a report... I can access the ARC but have a hard time connecting to the DSP card. I am looking for the date/time of connect and duration as well as any other good data like modem speed and protocol. ---------- UMPA Brian C. ARC stopped responding to SNMP

Anybody aware of the cause or fix for a HiperARC that stops responding to SNMP? Running TCS 4.5 on HiperARC and HiperNMC. I have deleted and recreated the snmp communities and changed the status to RO/RW/ADM with no change. I am using Getif 2.2 to query the ARC. The HNMC is properly responding, however it was reseated previously. I would normally just reseat the ARC, but in this case that's a last resort. Any other ideas? Is there a way to restart the snmp service? -- Adam Barnhill
