What does command _set memory threshold critical/high/low do? For what is this threshold used? P.S. (for them who dont know): to show hidden commands type "_reveal commands" and then type "?".

Quad v.34 digital modem, E1 PRI - no answer

I am trying to configure the total control system with dual E1 PRI nac, Quad v.34 digital modem, Netserver Pri and NMC. I have managed to configure the nmc through the cli and E1 pri card through the total control manager.. i also configured the netserver card through the cli as i could not connect using the netserver manager plus. The problem is that when the user dials to the total control box he does not receive the username: password: prompt. There is nothing.. no response.. please help. I am also bit confused about configuring the modems.. is it via the total control manager or through the netserver configuration. Thanks in advance. HTP WebEmail - HTP Communication P. TCM 7.0.7 over remote subnet

I can only get Total Control Manager 7.0.7 to access TC chassis that are on the same IP subnet, which is a little awkward. Is there a way to get around this limitation? John R. Timeslot Unavailable

This List ROCKS! Okay I now have access to the correct modems on the t1 card! Now i am trying to dial out and i get a no carrier error (carrier light is on) I do an ATI6 and see: Failed to Connect Reason is Timeslot Unavailable When i was on the phone with my Telco they are not getting a wink when they tried dialing my number? I am thinking this is all associated. I do have the TCM and have it set for wink but no go. I am not able to plug in via the consol port (no cable ) Any Clues and suggestions? Dial-out/In help

Hello all, I just got a T1 installed and plugged into the T1/E1 DSP card. I have a Green carrier light and no error lights. I want to test the T1 by dialing out to my cell phone and well it is not working. I have a user setup as a dial out user. I telnet into the hyperarc as that user and it just drops... no dialing at all? I have been using the HARM via the TCM to do my configuring. Any clues anyone?

They've been buggin me about renewing also, and I've been putting it off. I don't need phone support, only support, and if there's no new software, why bother?
