I do hope that you find it a helpful tool—as the compilation has taken a tremendous amount of time.  Yes, there still are some printing issues with space etc. and there may still be errors or omissions.  However, we appreciate the 40+ corrections/additions since we sent it out for comments and help.  T

If you have corrections, please send them to me.  We will likely do another edition just before our conference in St. George.
