I have a misdemeanor case that I would like to see if the prosecutor would consider a PIA and wanted to review any rule or statute beforehand. If you have a cite, I would greatly appreciate your direction. -- This email was sent from the Mailing List Service form on UFDCJA.org _______________________________________________ UFDCJA mailing list UFDCJA@mailman.xmission.com<mailto:UFDCJA@mailman.xmission.com> https://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/ufdcja<https://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/ufdcja> The information contained in this e-mail and any attachments are confidential and solely for the use of the intended recipient.
