Eide Foundation, the T’ang Studies Society is pleased to announce a second year of funding for small research grants and travel grants for scholars studying the Tang dynasty in any discipline. The specific guidelines for application, deadlines, and other procedures are contained in the attached PDF file. The guidelines are also available on the Society's website at: http://tangstudies.org/Announcements.html Applicants for these grants must be members of the Society in good standing. Please check with me about the status of your membership if you are uncertain. For the research grants, a brief report from the grantee must be submitted to the president of TSS within one month of completing the supported research. Please note : Applicants may only apply for one type of grant in a given calendar year. Applicants who have not received grants in a prior year will be given preference.
