Ogden Standard Examiner March 2, 2005 Man sentenced in child porn case FARMINGTON -- A former Clearfield man has been sentenced to serve six months in the Davis County Jail for having images of child pornography on his computer. Kent Christopher Watson, 33, who now lives in Washington, was sentenced to the jail time Monday as part of a three-year probation on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Watson also was ordered to register as a sex offender and to take sex education classes. Second District Court Judge Jon M. Memmott had sentenced Watson to concurrently serve one to 15 years on each count in the Utah State Prison, but the judge stayed those sentences if Watson successfully completes probation.
