We will have John Weis on hand as guest speaker to talk about cycling advocacy and what's been going on lately since the death of Josie Johnson. John was Josie's advisor in her masters program at the University of Utah and has been instrumental in pushing the latest House Bill 49 through which promotes giving a cyclist 3 feet of clearance by cars while passing.
