You’ve heard of Mount Ventoux and Alpe d’Huez, but do you know about The Big Nasty? 3000 feet in seven miles!

Aptly named, the steepest sections of the Moab Century Tour have earned this nickname and will likely call on everything you’ve got to make it up the hill. To be prepared physically and mentally, check out Thomas Fleishman's Viva Velo Column for hints on staying focused. This ride over the famous LaSal Loop road is breathtaking, epic, and if you are prepared, bearable, even enjoyable. Extra sag vehicles (and inspiration) will be available at the most challenging spots ensuring everyone enjoys their day with plenty of fortitude and attitude to spare.

2005 Moab Century Tour Jersey

On sale at the event while supplies last. See expanded photo on website for this specially designed PrimalWear jersey. Available at Rider Check- In.

For those cyclists who like to dress in style and be matchey-matchey, check out the LAF LIVESTRONG cycling shorts at laf.org

These cycling shorts blend beautifully with the 2005 jersey colors and style.

A few 2004 jerseys still available. Contact MoabSkinnyTireEvents@hotmail.com for size availability.
