This Enforcement Project is being funded by a grant the Utah Departments of Health, Public Safety and Transportation received from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The five police agencies selected to participate are: SLC Police Department, SL Co. Sheriff's Office, Taylorsville City Police Department, Roy P.D. and Layton P.D.

The main focus of the enforcement project is motorists, but law enforcement officers have been advised to stop and cite bicyclists as well. Riders obey traffic laws or you may be stopped.
