I cant imagine what Stew must sound like with the Doors. I mean the Doors drumming is a little on the easy side. Can you hear Stew playing the drums with them like he did with the Police. Another point is that this is not really the Doors. No Jim, No John, they have 2 originals and if one more leaves, they will have to change the name to The Door. There can be no Ramones without Joey and Dee Dee, they can be no Beatles with just Paul and Ringo, and there should never be a Doors without Jim and the horrible drummer. Maybe Stew wants to be a pinch hitter, always coming in to fill a hole then move one. Maybe Stew can go play with Robert Plane, Jimmy Page, and John Paul Jones. I guess these old catalog bands don't have enough money coming in so they hire one of the worlds greatest drummers and hire a skunk to sing, and bam, new life. To wrap this sermon up, I'd like to close with a line from the movie Pet Cemetery, "sometimes, dead is better."
