Can't wait to hear what you thought of the two different venues! Enjoy and happy bday to Stew.... michelle in tx In a message dated 7/15/07 1:07:59 AM, loziric@cinci.rr.com writes:
Just got back from the Louisville show and I'm still pumped!! To say they rocked would be understatement! They sounded AWESOME! I've never seen Sting smile so much, his voice was amazing, Stewart is absolutely phenomenal. I loved the re-worked songs. I'll give a longer review tomorrow, must get some sleep! Louis

Hey everyone, I'm back from Cleveland and I haven't hit the ground yet, where to start? ok, the two venues (Churchill Downs and Quicken Loans arena) were very different! The arena was more intimate and ten times louder, I was much closer to the stage in the arena, so I'd have to say I enjoyed the Cleveland show more. By the way, they played Dead End Job at the end of the show at the tail end of Next to you!! here's the set list: Message, Synch II, Walking on the Moon, Don't Stand, Voices/When the World, Driven to Tears, Truth Hits Everybody, Beds too Big, Every Little Thing, Wrapped Around Finger, DoDoDa, Invisible Sun, Footsteps, Can't Stand, Roxanne, King of Pain, So lonely, Every breath, Next to you/Dead End Job. They were all amazing, but Every Little Thing, Can't Stand, So Lonely stand out. I was, also, Stewart's birthday, there were balloons hanging nest to his unbelievable drum kit, he was absolutely incredible, a master! During one on the songs Sting sang happy birthday and after the show, Stewart lingered on stage to thank everyone for the best b-day. He danced around a bit and screamed, it was great! I saw FP here in a park on Sunday, they sounded great and I got to meet the band in Cleveland, they couldn't have been nicer and I took pictures with them. I will be posting a link to all my pictures soon. Talk to you soon. That's what I was thinking! ...and the possibility of yes, they Could be adding more numbers (sacrificing others though?!), they Could be willing to mix it up a bit, is so exciting! Hole in My Life?
