Yes, next year a (probably) double album with songs written by him for 'The Last Ship'; some of them may be sung by him; some are remakes of tracks taken from The Soul Cages, with new arrangements, but some are new. The album should be released in 2013, it should be in the first half of the year. Probably not what you expected, I mean a 'real' Sting new album like he did for so many years... well, this is Sting now; if he has not a good reason to deliver a new album of original songs, there must be a reason, and I guess it's that probably he doesn't have anything really worth or interesting to release. A Police album 'could have been' scheduled (due also to their open contract with A&M/Interscope), but nothing was really scheduled in those terms.
