When you go to search for tickets on ticketmaster, you will be able to search for best available seat or seats in a particular price range (as normal), or you can search for gold or silver packages which are even more expensive than the $225 "top" level tickets. This is different than purchasing the bundles that have been on sale already - the previous bundles that were available included a $120 fan club membership fee, and essentially let you purchase tickets as a fanclub member the day after the initial fanclub presale was available, but before the general public could purchase tickets - essentially, this allowed any non-fanclub member to purchase seats early by purchasing a fanclub membership at the same time.
