I'd have to go with Brandtson's cover, for "King of Pain". ~-----Original Message----- ~From: police-bounces@mailman.xmission.com ~[mailto:police-bounces@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Fred ~Berthelot ~Sent: February 6, 2008 10:47 AM ~To: Police@mailman.xmission.com ~Subject: RE: [Police] Best "Fields of Gold" cover ever is.... ~ ~ ~I agree. ~ ~Best King of Pain cover is... I agree with both Rich and Fred. I know a number of people who think Eva's version of Fields is even better than Sting's, and while I can't go quite that far, I do think it is amazing. Alanis' version of King of Pain is also great. Jesse Cook has a nice version of Fragile.
