Hi guys, Much as I hate to pour cold water on the reunion theory (talk about a Merry Christmas, if that happened!), this Incubus collaboration certainly has been on the cards for a while. There was an interview with either Stewart or Andy in a music magazine earlier in the year, in which they said that this was something they were hoping to do, since Incubus counted The Police as such an inspiration. When I run across the mag I'll give the details or scan the page. Sorry to be so vague, but it was a while ago - indeed, having been really pleased to hear about their playing with Incubus back then I'd begun to think maybe it was yet another Police thing that wasn't going to happen - and it was a mag that I don't usually buy, and had picked up expressly because I'd heard a Police-alumnus interview would be in there. For people having trouble downloading the footage: When I tried at first, I got a page full of weird type too, but then realised that it must be a browser issue. I have a PC and usually use Mozilla Firefox, but once I tried using IE it worked fine. :) I'm still watching the footage; partway through Roxanne, and it's fantastic. I don't even mind the singer's voice at this point, though I wasn't so wild about it on the other songs. Loved hearing Andy nail Message In A Bottle again; watching Stewart grinning maniacally from behind his kit... fantastic. :) Angeline
