Hi I'm still trying to find out the correct dates for EVERY Police photo. Today it's about the black and white photos from THE VISUAL DOCUMENTARY that can be seen on the December 1979 pages and on several other pages in the book (where bananas play a certain role...). I asked the photographer about the date and location and he answered this: I shot the black and white Police shots in an Amsterdam TV studio of a program called Rock Planet. They did playback and were acting crazy. He mentions that the band was NOT famous then. The haircuts could mean that the show was recorded between February and June 1979. Probably rather early in 1979. Any ideas? thanks Dietmar
