I'm not sure what she is referring to by the Caustics. They had recently changed their name to Faktory X before settling on Fiction Plane. (they said they couldn't keep Faktory X because it was already taken). And even though they had already changed their name to Fiction Plane, their last gig at King's head was billed under the name Santa's BF. Their 2nd cd, the one after Swings and Roundabouts, was called "Capture all the Faces" and was being sold at their gigs, just like S&R. They were no longer selling this CD as of their last gig as SB in June, because they had already signed with MCA, and were planning on using some of the songs on that cd for their debut album with MCA. There are a lucky few who were able to buy Faces at some of their earlier gigs this year. I am still looking for a copy of one of these!!!
